A rare and unique opportunity for a Service Advisor, Service Manager or Workshop Controller to lead the aftersales customer complaints function within a national motor trade retailer.

The successful Workshop Controller, Service Advisor or Service Manager will possess a solid mechanical understanding, a customer service focused approach and fantastic communication skills.

>Office hours, Monday to Friday

Operating as the Aftersales Complaints Handler the Service Advisor, Service Manager or Workshop Controller will be responsible for managing the response and resolution of each aftersales issue raised, following regulatory guidance and process such as Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), and coordinating warranty providers, 3rd party repairs to manage cost. In addition the Aftersales Complaints Handler will be proactively monitoring and managing trends and issues to contribute to improvements within complaints handling and broader business areas.
